Lately, i have seen many fury warriors from high-end guilds like scale going for Str + Haste orange gems in the yellow sockets, whats up with that? Some gcd thing? Or just being able to do more HS during encounter?

It should be autoattack crit cap with lether ring, glove, cloak. So after reaching it they are trying haste. If i am not wrong number is near 58% (+-3) unbuff.
I am too lazy to solve my rawr prooblems (don't have lether items there, somehow), to check it. Same as u can't test it ingame, exchange 50 of crit to haste, will cause even lesser dps changes than your weapon attack range, don't think it is possible to see without modeling in simcraft.
But better to ask the guy who did it. Forum response here pretty bad. And mb he is "just trying".
On my prev server i did it to push cleave to higher numbers, but we had some bugs with combat tables, not sure if it will work same way here.
