during last few month I was on and off and not playing much now I see a message on website that “your IP is terminated for advertising” and I never ever advertised in game.and now I cant contact support team to get unban as my IP is terminated.I dont know if its just a mistake or what but need to fix that but how? and also my other two accounts are terminated for the same reason although I havent been loging into game for a few months
