Lost all my characters

I'm a playing in this server since molten-wow (Cataclysm). After the Molten-wow got hijacked. Warmane gave me to to create 3 characters according to my account credits way back. So today and few weeks back I just logged in to my account via website. All my characters got disappeared. May I know how my characters got disappeared. Kindly recover my characters and resolve this issue ASAP.

Your characters were probably flagged for a rename during one of our name cleanups, the website doesn't show characters without names.
