Son of hodir vendor gone!

Hi after iv'e done all the chanin quests and got exalted with Son of hodir i sew the vendor ones but then he just gone like
i didn't did the quests or somethin i thought maybe he got killed but he didn't i am trying for weeks to see him but nothing anyone knows why ?

Check if you have quest "forging an aliance" at thorim's place (top of the highest mountain in storm peaks). If you have it, take it and check again if you are quatsrmaster (you dont have to complete it)
