Hey there, a friend of mine (paladin) bought Dual-Talent-Specialisation and every time he switches his specs via the website with activate, not with reset talents, his talents reset and he unlearn skills for like 80g. Is this just a bug for him or is this normal? any bugtracker open for this thing?

Pretty sure there is no dual talent in TBC, perhaps you're talking about a different server.

You can purchase Dual Talent Spec under "Services" on your account page, it costs 100g ingame. However you can't literally ingame switch from one to the other, you need to log out, and activate either your primary or secondary tree.
I had this could relearn some spell ranks after switching from prot to fury, applies only to spells that are learnt via talents I think (like bloodthirst)
strange thing though: I could retrain those ranks but also still had them. so you prob don't actually need to retrain them - the trainer thinks you dont have them (so offers them) but you actually do already have them, if that makes sense.
but after resetting spec the tooltip for the ablilty shows as (Rank 1)
