I'm another new player from WA. I've been hitting up chat looking for a guild, but having no luck.
On Outland, West Coast raiding guilds are Pixels & Brew for Horde, Seriously Casual for Alliance.
Probably others if you keep asking around. Find someone you liked in a group, and /who their guildname, if they've got a bunch o folk on, whisper to ask if they're growing their guild.
