Ifkirus's sack of wonder can be obtained with icc25 and even heroic version with easy effort. DO not buy those items, it's just waste of gold. You can find them in ICC. Muradin's (necklace) and ring of rotting sew can be obtained with icc rep farm. So buying those items is just wasting money.
If you're healer > then buying legs of dubious charm is okay as they cost around 50-70g.

the 4 set bonus is pretty worth, if you go as combat, if you go assa you can get the ikfirus but not the legs , assa plays with hands and legs from set for bonus (you can get the head and shoulders too if you want 4set bonus as assa which is pretty good too) , but yes is worth to get the ikfirus sack if you want to get better gear to go inside icc raids
If you're gearing up to get invited into raids, farming 13-14k gold and fetching ikfirus+bladeborn is a way easier and faster alternative to farming 190 eofs for chest+pants and way better in terms of stats (also a higher chance at upgrading them later on to ikfirus HC and gangrenous leggings hc opposed to fetching 2 vanq heroic marks)
If you already have proper gear, it's a matter of personal preference. There's plenty of posts/comments about 2set vs 4set if you do a bit of digging.
