So rename feature cost coins and you cannot rename via Faction change x2. - And blackrock players cannot vote for some reason either, so you need to have a IC char with achievement points to be able to rename your char on blackrock. Please fix.

Even do I can vote and get 1 point each day, since i have a char on pve realm. Im bumping this for all Blackrock ppl who arent able to vote. I think it might possible to resolve this issue.
