Brutal Gladiator's Swift Judgement available in game?

Are http://tbc.cavernoftime.com/item=37740 and http://tbc.cavernoftime.com/item=37739 available in the game?
I have seen that those were mentioned in the last TBC changelog under items: https://www.warmane.com/changelog

They did and they are supposed to be in game

These did not exist on live servers, it was only present on PTR. Thats why these items are not aviable on Outland aswell

Which leads to the question why they appear in the TBC changelogs.
"Fixed Brutal Gladiator's Blade of Alacrity granting melee instead of spell haste rating report #68709"

These items did not exist on live. They were on PTR only and removed before the patch. On Outland, these items were in the game for a very short time. Instead of them granting spell haste, they gave melee haste. This was bug reported and fixed. Then it was reported that they shouldn't be on the servers at all and they were removed.

I doubt they ever existed here because I checked every week from the beginning of s4 on and also when the badge haste items were released and this weapon was never seen by anyone I know on outland. my suspicion is that they fixed a wrong tooltip for the sake of having it fixed

Gonna be interesting to fight with these custom items.

Time for a holy light machine gun build. Maybe the only way to make hpala viable in competitve pvp.

that is 100% error from clueless devs that realize their mistake in 4 weeks and remove those weapons ...perhaps with coin refund :)

So for over one month http://tbc.cavernoftime.com/item=37739 is now available in the shop while http://tbc.cavernoftime.com/item=37740 isn't.

Shhh dont say anything, I got banned on two forum accounts when I called them out on it. Of course they ment to place haste dagger on store instead of the regular one... how even dare you guys trying to suggest warmane staff made mistake.

is it really so hard to get an official statement on that item which isnt available ingame, neither should it be, but it is anyway the store for no reason?
