Enable mirror migrations

Greetings,

my suggestion is to enable mirror migrations (at least 1 free for account or IP) to other servers affiliated and the opposite; to take a character from another server to get it here. However, if you see it correct, you could put more mirror migrations for store coins.
Obviously, taking realms of same rate (x3,x5,x7...) or inferior to keep it rightful. My suggestion includes to traspass level, items (equipped and in bags), archivements, professions...
