The Ring of Valor - Please, stop ignoring (a lot of details in thread)

Since it's a PvP related question, please, at least let Malaco look into it before you answer/ignore this thread.

People can't get Arena Master title, because The Ring of Valor arena is disabled on ranked.

A month ago some people managed to get it in ranked, I think it was literally enabled for few-several hours and the chances to get the arena were drastically low (literally played 150 games the same day and didn't get it), but now after a month I can answer the question myself that it's not enabled anymore.

Unanswered questions are:

Question #1: Is it going to be enabled anytime soon - Yes or No?
Question #2: Can you not make it so that getting a win on other arenas also give a win credit for The Ring of Valor - Yes or No?
Question #3: Can you not make it so that getting a win on The Ring of Valor on skirmish (yes, it's enabled on skirmish) to also give a win credit for "ranked win"? - Yes or No?

I said it at the beginning as well, I'm begging you to let Malaco look into this before answering/ignoring this thread, thank you.
