I wanna play a 1x server but for the life of me can't grind any more toons thru 1-60.. Are there any boosts on Lord to start out at 60 or 70?

You can buy a character that isn't level 80, but lower level on warmane trade via the website if there is one for sale. https://www.warmane.com/account/trade
There is no level boost on Lordaeron though.
