Game Display Settings reset every launch

As the title states, my game display settings reset after every launch. Ill increase the resolution, adjust UI scale and adjust effect settings, however they remain to revert back to normal.

I know there is a .txt file that I can adjust, not sure which one that is though, or if there is a different fix that I dont know about, please inform me.
