Bloodelf Warlock can't begin summon succubus questline

Currently playing through as a bloodelf warlock, and got to level 26 before remembering that I can do a quest to unlock a succubus as a summon. I went from orgrimmar, to undercity, to silvermoon, but all of the quest givers have a silver exclamation point above their heads. I click on them, and I cannot even bring up a text box from them. Has the quest level been raised? Is the quest somehow bugged? One thing I think might be happening if the quest level has not been raised, is the game might be trying to give me the felwalker quest, seeing that I'm not level 30 yet, and not allowing me to talk to any of the quest givers that would normally give out the succubus quest. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
