I dont remember what damage i used to do at 455 but am 538-540 ish and in pvp i deal 120k to 140k with rising sun kick (crit)
Monks don't have very high sustained damage. They're very bursty, their burst is strong (+60% damage with 10 stacks) and they can burst a lot.
For WW DPS make sure you're never overcapping Chi or Energy while keeping FoF and RSK on CD. Proper use of SEF can give you high sustained damage where you normally wouldn't have sustained damage. Also make sure to use TEB when you have 20 stacks, try to keep 10 stacks in your pocket for when you have your burst ready again. Mostly just go ham at the start of the fight and sustain your damage with TEB, SEF and never overcapping chi by using BK and TP. It take a lot of practice but Monk damage is bursty.
