keep disconnecting in BG/WG/Arena/Raids

so i keep on getting disconnected every few mins after joining BG/WG/raids or arena, and when i try to log back in, it keeps on saying that character's name already exists atleast once or twice before i can log my character again.

i tried deleting wtf and cache folders, exiting game normally and log back in, changed password, resetting router, even reinstalling the game. still getting dcs.
checked ping to logon.warmane.com its normal, no rto at all.
tried disabling all addons, tried to run in compatiblity mode, still having this dc problem
fyi im only having this issue on warmane, other games, downloads and youtube run well as usual.

i never have this issue before, and it seems only me that keep on getting dc, my irl friends who play with the same isp as me arent having this problem

anyone knows how to fix this? or anyone else has the same problem?

Seems like it's happening to quite alot of people. It's almost like they're trying to make us stop playing.
