Dear Warmane could be lovely to buff Icecrown Citadel ,after the last soft nerfs more and more guilds started clear most of the ICC but not because of tactic execution but brute force kills with gear.
My suggestion is revert the hp nerfs and buff the dmg on all bosses mechanic wise on Heroic mode.

You still got Heroic version most of Warmane's guilds are not able to do at all.
what are you talking about? PP heroic has been buffed/fixed recently, and that's basically the only changes since last year spring when they realized that LoD was undoable due to class fixes (and trinket prepot) and nerfed hp on it
only boss that give pain to endgame guilds is lady and that because of people wheelchair not because the boss is hard xd i hope they buff the bosses so it become intresting again.
only reason lordaeron in terms of progress is bad is because most of the guilds have potato leadership(lootgreeding/not good knowledge of the fights/not class knowledge)
