[ANSWERED]Should I create another ticket after 15 hours without reply?

Hi there Warmane, first of all thanks for any help you could give to me
The thing is:
Basically I can only play between 3:00am and 6:00am realm time, so it would be hard for me to catch a GM ingame. This is because recently(24+ hours ago) I find out someone just stole my stuff (gold, frost/triumph, honor and guild bank items as well) so I just created a ticket at my account>support section, but my doubt is if that was the correct procedure due to the time that has passed till now.

Recreating a ticket when waiting for a reply will only put you in the back of the line so i would not suggest doing that, please be patient.
