Yes it is, and i know of a handfull of people who completed it in my guild. Just remember on the last quest when you collect 50 shards, take a screenshot and upload it to imgur, turn in the quest and open a gm ticket with the screenshot to get the item.

Screenshot is not required as far as I know. You just have to make a ticket so they can check your quests and give you the next quest. It was made that way intentionally to avoid potential exploits.Quote:
