Hey yall.
So i was wondering. I remember being in a guild that required an addon that gave them an ingame forums. but several years later i cant remember for the life of me what that addon was called. any clue? I wanted to use it for my guild, that way everything is in game. Thanks for the help!
wotlk 3.3.5 lua api does not support any networking or websockets like in some later expansions due to this it cannot make any direct request to a online website or download data. Everything must load from the lua directly from the local PC also not possible for lua 3.3.5 api to save wow data live only at user logout.
It might be possible to create a VB/C#/C++ divx overlay application that shows in game while playing as if it were a addon but is independent. So yea sorry I do not know the name of this addon you are asking for but sadly from the sounds of what it does it would not be possible on this expansion at least not live unless you use a custom divx overlay.

Last update was for Patch 3.2.2. but it should work.
