the easiest Mh/staff with decent spell dmg i can get by doing dunjeon/raid ?

I'm doing only pvp for fun only bgs and some wpvp, no arena. I just need a main hand or staff with decent spell dmg around 700 spell dmg. So i could buy it but as i just need a good weapon i wonder if i can get one quickly by doing specific dunjeon or raid with easy boss pickup team ? If it's possible, can you tell me which are the best weapon option for pvp fire mage quickly affordable with raid/dunjeon related to run ?

With that amount of stats you need to get them from LK in at least ICC10 Normal.
