I'd like to buy 5 Nether Vortexes. As I currently am not attuned (nor have the gear to actually do the raids) I'd also like to buy the Gruul and Nightbane kills.
Are there guilds that can make it possible?

There are some Guilds that have SSC TK on farm, you will find it in armory, i think best way is to ask ingame.
