Alchemy quest

Guys, i need help.
Where i can drop this : Recipe: Major Dreamless Sleep Potion? Need to alchemy. Google say i should buy from Leeli Longhaggle but she didnt offer anything like that.
Also, GMs busy /dont care about my ticket, so i hope anyone will know and can help.

I never buy it, so what mean "limited" ? One per day for only one player?

limited means it's spawning there from time to time, like a mining ore or whatever, sort of a cooldown after last purchase. Wait it out.

Somebody must've bought it before you arrived. She's waiting for a new [Recipe: Major Dreamless Sleep Potion] as the last one just got sold. She'll put it for sale as soon as she gets the new recipe. Either you can wait there till she gets the recipe or you can come back later and hope that she still has it this time.
