I can't speak with NPCs

So I can take quests and all that but for some reason if a quest says Speak to (Master Yoon for example) they say greeting then my current characters name despite the quests. Is there a way to fix this or do I just have to play somewhere else? This seems to only happen on the frostwolf server to me

It's probably bugged. Do other quests

That has been bugged since from molten days to warmane days, so that is a HUGE amount of time. We've been asking for a fix regarding this but nothing. Your best bet is to go do something else rather than ponder about on a broken quest.
