I believe I can help you with the BiS list,what you should gem/enchant,but I can't tell you what stats you'll have since I don't have a BiS mage fully gemmed and enchanted to my liking.

Legs:Festergut 25hc(as your T10 gives crit and hit,but you're gonna get lots of crit from a talant it's better to go haste)
