Is there a way of ataining BC season 4 gear?

I really want to get that gear for transmog. I am a lore-friendly player, and want to look like a porper Exarch.

Netherstorm In Outland the place is called Area 52

I meant the Aldor Paladin armor. You'd usually get a drop from Magtherion (A token), and exchange it for a piece of Justiciar gear.
