Druid would probably be your best bet considering they have 4 specs to use.
yeah druid, easily maxed solo. you can RDPS as boomkin, tank/mdps as feral or resto as ToL
Just want to bring up that I see a lot of cloth casters these days. That's why a shaman or any hybrid class will prove useful.
