Feral is about priority, there is no fixed rotation, because it depends on combo points, which modifies the duration of your spells.
You can make it fixed say by casting shred/mangle 2/3 times and ...

Updated it . You should now be able to load it normally without the need to load outdated addons, and all functions work normally (needs testing).
