I thought I'd abandon and retake quest but now I have no NPC to take the quest from.

Just finished getting exalted with Therazane. Still no NPC for the enchant tho so will continue with the quests.

Deepholm quests from the changelog cannot be tested since a quest, part of the chain leading up to the Therazane quests, is bugged.

As for the logout issue, one reason I can think of is having PvP enabled on your rogue. Right click name plate and turn it off if that's the case. Can't think of any other reason atm.
