Its also a lot easier for the alliance to waltz into the hordes base but the alliance has a nice bridge they can bottle neck

give alliance, free mount training up to flying perhaps even epic. Free duel spec, free respecs, small reputation boosts, portals in their major cities, free training etc

Best thing for you to do for dungeons is open up global chat, /join global - go about your business doing dailys or herbing etc while you wait to see a decent group.

They are likely false positives as programs like this often flag up because of how they do what they do, What I'd say to anyone worried about this is; don't use this program and do your model editing...
