2. Should I buy a golds (For Skills, mount, etc.) before I start exp on Icecrown or not?

Ahaa I don't know where you're playing but for sure not on the Outland.

Let's be honest it is not hard to obtain whole s1 gear.
Anyway if you want to get fast honor just play AV.
For each AV you will recive ÷- from 250 to even 500 honor points.
AV takes 10 - 15 minut...
