Almost no trash epics drop ever, been doing it for weeks and only ever saw 1 staff and 1 thrown drop.

Did you try seeing if they in a folder too much, basically a folder holding the folder for the addon? Or maybe the addon is named _master which makes them not work.
A roll hack would require you to control the output of the server. There is no such thing as a roll hack, and there has never been such a thing to my knowledge.

They spawn after server restarts. Souce: I waited for one to get mine. Sadly it's not 100% drop so you can even get unlucky. I managed to get one drop in 5 chambers.
Alliance has had the spirit towers for something like 48 hours straight now. I simply refuse to believe it's 50/50. Every single tower has 5+ allies at it and horde can't even muster 10 people total...

If I recall correctly the end boss in instances is supposed to drop two loots, but are only dropping one loot in most cases on this server. That greatly reduces your chances for the sword per run
Not sure what you guys are on about, there are nodes everywhere. They are literally all over. They seem to be too fast tbh.
You can dualwield them, the proc refreshes.
