One thing to notice is that the Medivh ratio has changed in favor of the Horde. Warmane, I strongly advise you to turn the Horde lock off.

Reading all these pages of tears, I can safely say that if Warmane removes the Horde lock everything will be fine. Keep the Alliance perks for now, though.

We've talked about this before. Free apprentice riding is useless. Why would anyone roll Alliance just to spare 40g? And why would they even care about it at end-game?

Also, at this point you should re-enable Horde character creation. First, because it is too restrictive, and second, because the Alliance perks are good enough to keep a significant amount of players...
