you're missing quite a few gems such as the +15 stam one and etc.

And you can beat frost mages, arms warrs, rogues in most cases as ret.

Enh/ele sham, feral/bala druid, surv/mm hunt, arc/fire mage, assass/cb rog, dest/demo lock

Yeah, they are quite good, not comparable to some other classes perhaps, but they're still very viable in PvP nonetheless.
