I played 11 games out of 19 which hits both requirements of >30% and <10 games played on the team. Does anyone know why this might have happened? I submitted a ticket in game, but I wanted to ask...

I know Frostmourne does it's flush twice a week, but what are the exact times it occurs? Preferably in server time just to make it easier for me to translate it to my time zone.
