Most time when I queue it's instant or close to. It depends on your timezone I guess. But yea, having few teams to fight sometimes forces you to stop queueing due to outgear, outcomp, etc.

How does one objectively answer? What are your criteria to define "worth"? BG's pop continuously all day, arena pop slightly less in the morning (EU time), and greatly during the rest of the day....
