you mean you don't know how the instance works.... turn the cogwheel to rotate the gatebridge that has the path running through one of the doors that has a dead end when you first zone in to access...
we still have loginserver crashes every single day multiple times a day.... #1 reason Raids fail is due to RO after yet another crash

simple solution...go to char screen...go to this site and use the unstuck option... you'll get rezzed and tp to your hearthstone point... log character again and start on the pve again...
