You can lvl from 80 to 83 easly in JUST HYJAL. Then you do some quests in Deepholm and Twilight Highlands. Man it's fkin x7 xp. Just turn your brain ON
I don't know if I remember correctly but in Nagrand you get like 3 auto-complete quests. Then you have to kill like 2 bosses (you need killing blow to complete the quest) and after taking last quest...
