Lots of donors log into game, skip queue. Every time one does so, server pop raises over 15000 and nobody who is in queue will not get into game until pop gets to 14999.

Everybody waiting with character creation until horde is unlocked, not realizing it wont get unlocked unless they make the characters on alliance. :)

I've heard people say that you need a lvl 1 alliance character on your account whose looks your character can copy during the transfer.

In my view there should be benefits for rolling alliance both while leveling and at end-game. Maybe greatly reduced costs of training/respecs/riding+mount/small buff to honor gains etc.

As far as I experienced so far (as Horde), in PvP got stomped in 6 bgs in a row and 4 WGs. But we had WG in the morning so my guess is horde has its moments too.
