happened when i equipped other weapons as well

while looking at my monks damage numbers on my character pane i saw that my total damage and DPS numbers appear in red with x85% written next to it im not sure if this is an item level issue or bug....

i keep getting stuck :/ after doing the quest missing mallet and ringing the gong i dont get any follow up quests :/ and ive done all the other quests

As i just capped Inscription profession I'm curious about which glyphs have high demand or most useful to specific classes. Could anyone with any suggestions as to which glyphs i should make please...
