I think the changes are needed and if you are WAY ahead of the curve you were able to enjoy what most of us allies have been struggling to get already, if you have been "no lifing" it and are that...
Ive heard you need to create the alliance counterpart first with a race that can accept your class, with the looks you want etc before the transfer
There is an infinite amount of tryhards who will stay horde because they magically become "good" at pvp+ the people who just genuinely like horde, you guys will be fine.

i think you need to make an alliance character, that can support the class you are transfering, and make it look how you want etc in game and then do the transfer

You roll with the larger faction you have long queues for bg's, that's the downside, just transfer to ally for instant bg's. Giving the horde, a custom way to get faster bg queues, who already own...

No way, if you rolled horde you should also get the part of the bigger faction which is VERY long queue times, thats the downside to being on the most popular faction, if you want faster bg queues...
