Abilities cost a bit more energy than they should (tooltip says 50, its 60 etc). We did it yday with these bugs, combopoints work fine, you can see them on target with several UI addons like ElvUI. 1...
Dunno we just 1 shotted Noth 2 days ago so its fine. Just remember that do not face adds to Tank who is tanking boss so he doesnt get mortal strike :P

Problem might be your tanks or healers, not bosses.
Well we cleared most Naxx 10 bosses with 2 healers (pala + druid) but also we noticed some bosses need 3 healers. Just get some good dps and you are fine :) Most of our dps do 4.5k+ with preraid BiS...
