Having these easy mode perks run any longer would be dumb they achieved what they were meant to achieve to balance out factions and it wouldn't be fair to Horde players if they did allow them run...

People don't want custom racials or nerfed racials we want tbc the way it was on retail.
I really don't like that idea of giving "custom" racials to races that didn't have them in tbc honestly Alliance players asking for too much now and are making this a custom server now.
Yea that only really effect arenas where RBG's are just a zerg fest but besides the UD racial the rest of the Horde ones aren't so bad in PvP and PvE.

All the noobies went Ally for the easy mode perks so not surprising when you say that you lose most of your RBG's.
All I can say is that Allies better not cry after August 1st when these easy mode perks are disabled or when they complain how they queue BG's and lose like 10 in a row because all the noobies rolled...

Well you can't really think they're not gonna have a faction change option do you? Any way this is temporary it may fix the issue a bit but I don't think you'll get a 50-50 ratio at best it maybe...
In the end PvPers will always choose racials over a faction same for top tier raiders just go ally get starter pve gear easy rep gains then go back to horde for them realm firsts.
That will be fixed eventually what I'd do is make a bunch of toons level them gear both specs then wait till I can go Horde again.
