I agree I quit retail on cata cause it ruined the game for me. I started my wow journey on TBC and am quite excited about this server coming.

go to your root folder and click on properties its probably set to read only. you just need to un check the option and then apply to all when it promts you to. i had this also was quite annoying :)...

Please just make it more of an icecrown as announced than change to a lord to begin with.
If the demand is high for a lord TBC server then im sure it will be easy to make a second server at a later...
