Yes, they just bumped it up to two characters.
Imagine if the Staff would actually make sure that news and info goes out the members/players, so that we would know what's happening. But I guess...
When will you lift the character cap??
Having one server be PVE isn't a bad idea at all, since alot of people actually enjoy the relaxing part of PVE.
I mean, since there are 4 PVP servers up already :)
