Depends on how you are stuck, I was on ground and the quest giver was atop gunship and couldnt get to it as the portal wasn't there. Opening a ticket isn't always the solution, as they recommended...

Well thats one less player.... just saying...
Personally, MoP was the only expansion where blizz, for a brief moment got something really right. Transfer's from my wotlk character was the first thing I looked for as got tired real quick on...
