Amazing feature to be honest, i think you should keep. You know what could be even better than soloque? Separated from cross-BG cross-Arena Lordaeron realm. Do you really thought that was a good idea...

Lack of activity in Cata isn't warmane's fault at all, trust me. Over a years, wow players have this some kind of illusion in their mind, which was imposed to them by "hardcore", "challenge" players...
