after attempting to drop the quest and pick it back up failed... then attempting with no addons failed... i just skipped the step with talking to the NPC and flew directly to Ogrim's Hammer. problem...
Every time i try to turn it in, everyone in Dalaran disappears, and i have to log out then back in to get it to reset as if i never turned the quest in.
