Yep... This also means you need to get attuned for Karazhan, as well as Revered Reputation with all of the Outland reputation factions! These allow you entry into the Heroics required for Tempest...

You've played late game right? Druids can have 3 stack lifebloom ticking on 4-5 players in late game, there's nothing even remotely "weak" about that.
