The reason is simple: Terrorfish can be catch in Wintergrasp only , when event is not running ofc. Bloodtooth Frenzies is from" Blood is Thicker" quest, when you wash into a borean lake from blood....

At in game calender says 19.09.2019 today at 12:00 AM start, but at forum post say 17.09.2019 two days ago, witch one is true? Did the most players miss it?
